Course by Course Evaluation: $99 (high school) or $139 (post-secondary)
This fee covers the course-by-course evaluation of one international educational credential (credential = degree/program).
The Course by Course evaluation includes the following elements: evaluation number, date the report was completed and purpose of evaluation; your name, and summary of evaluation; as well as the following information for each international educational credential you are submitting to A2ZEval: country of education, title of credential, date the credential was awarded, name of institution, duration of attendance, type of program, language of instruction (if noted), U.S. equivalency of the credential, AND a list of all the courses completed as part of the programs described in the evaluation report. The list of courses identifies the title, the original grade and the equivalent U.S. grade, the original credit and the equivalent U.S. semester credits, and the equivalent U.S. level of education for each course. It further states the total number of U.S. credits earned and the U.S. grade point average (GPA).
Specialized Course by Course Evaluation for Immigration: $189
This fee covers the course-by-course evaluation of one international educational credential (credential = degree/program).
The Course by Course for Immigration evaluation includes the following elements: evaluation number, date the report was completed and purpose of evaluation; your name, and summary of evaluation; as well as the following information for each international educational credential you are submitting to A2ZEval: country of education, title of credential, date the credential was awarded, name of institution, duration of attendance, type of program, language of instruction (if noted), U.S. equivalency of the credential, AND a list of all the courses completed as part of the programs described in the evaluation report. The list of courses identifies the title, the original grade and the equivalent U.S. grade, the original credit and the equivalent U.S. semester credits, and the equivalent U.S. level of education for each course. It further states the total number of U.S. credits earned and the U.S. grade point average (GPA). Importantly, this evaluation also includes the ‘educational narrative’ section, which is required by USCIS for immigration applications.
General Evaluation: $75
This fee covers the general evaluation of one international educational credential (credential = degree/program).
The General evaluation includes the following elements: evaluation number, date the report was completed and purpose of evaluation; your name, summary of evaluation; as well as the following information for each international educational credential you are submitting to A2ZEval: country of education, title of credential, date the credential was awarded, name of institution, duration of attendance, type of program, language of instruction (if noted), and U.S. equivalency of the credential.
IMPORTANT: The General evaluation is strictly non-refundable, and does NOT include a list of the courses you may have completed as part of the international educational programs described in the evaluation. If you need an evaluation which includes a list of all courses completed and a grade point average (GPA), please order the ‘Course by Course evaluation’.
Certified Translation: $27.50/page
All documents must be in English before we can evaluate them. We can provide certified translation from all languages as part of your order, for $27.50/page (up to 250 words/page), with standard one day turnaround.
Your certified translation has guaranteed acceptance nationwide and does not expire. We keep a copy of your translation on file should you ever need it in future.
